Kayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grambling State University and
her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington. Her extensive
clinical background includes roles in public health, ICU, medical-surgical, and cardiology
departments at prestigious healthcare facilities including the Central Texas Veterans Health
Care System and South Texas Veterans Health Care System.
As a former U.S. Army Officer with a Combat Support Hospital, Kayla developed exceptional
